1. Digital Goods and No-Refund Policy

The World Smoke Tour provides immediate access to proprietary digital content upon purchase, including exclusive tour media, imagery, and subscriber materials. Because this digital content is immediately accessible and consumable upon purchase, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any purchases or subscription charges. By completing your purchase and accessing the Member Area, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and waive any right to a refund.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your World Smoke Tour subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellations must be made prior to your next billing cycle date to avoid being charged for the following month. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to the Member Area and all subscriber content until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including verified cases of duplicate charges or technical errors that prevented access to the platform. Refund requests on these grounds must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to admin@worldsmoketour.com with a description of the issue.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and bar future access to The World Smoke Tour. We encourage you to contact us directly at admin@worldsmoketour.com before initiating any dispute, as we are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly.

5. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal within your account dashboard. Cancelling through the Billing Portal stops all future recurring charges. If you require assistance, you may contact our support team at admin@worldsmoketour.com. Cancellations requested via email will be backdated to the date the request was sent, ensuring you are not billed for the subsequent cycle.
