1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The World Smoke Tour at worldsmoketour.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The World Smoke Tour, operated by The World Smoke Tour, Haifa, Israel.

2. Description of Service

The World Smoke Tour is a premium digital platform featuring exclusive tour content, media, and subscriber experiences produced by Ty Endicott. Access to member content requires a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use The World Smoke Tour. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at admin@worldsmoketour.com.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Member Area requires a paid monthly subscription. Payment is processed by our third-party payment partner, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency selected at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are strictly final. Because The World Smoke Tour provides immediate access to proprietary digital content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any subscription charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellations must be made prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Member Area until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on The World Smoke Tour, including but not limited to video, audio, imagery, written materials, and design, is the exclusive intellectual property of The World Smoke Tour and Ty Endicott. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any content without prior written permission.

Subscribers may download permitted tour assets solely for personal, non-commercial use during an active subscription. This license does not extend beyond the subscriber's own individual use and does not survive cancellation of the subscription with respect to any future content. Redistribution, republishing, resale, or public sharing of any member content, in original or modified form, remains strictly prohibited as stated above and in Section 9.

8. Local Browser Storage

Certain subscriber preferences or notes may be stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for backing up any locally stored data. The World Smoke Tour accepts no liability for loss of locally stored data.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to share your account credentials with others, attempt to circumvent payment or access controls, scrape or reproduce member content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The World Smoke Tour is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. All content is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The World Smoke Tour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
